Co-founded by celebrated directors Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata in 1985, the studio has created numerous critically acclaimed films, including “Spirited Away,” “My Neighbor Totoro,” and “Princess Mononoke.”

Yoroi & Tosei-Gusoku collection

Japanese armor and components ranging from earlier Yoroi to Edo-period Tosei-Gusoku.

Yoroi, used predominantly during the Heian to the Kamakura period (794–1333 AD), is a style of armor that often features a boxy design and is usually associated with horseback archery.

Tosei-gusoku was often lighter, offered greater mobility, and was designed for infantry warfare rather than mounted combat.
